About the hosts:
Katarzyna Zawadzka is a film, television, and theater actress who was distinguished at the Gdynia Film Festival in the category of best acting debut (2011). She debuted on the big screen in 2003 with a role in the film "Królowa chmur." In addition to her appearances at the National Old Theater in Krakow and the Polish Theater in Warsaw, she frequently appeared on screens even before receiving her acting diploma. She has acted in films such as "Chce się żyć" and "Baczyński." From 2011-2015, she gained true popularity with her role as Anna in the drama "W imieniu diabła" and the character "Aniela" in the series "Prawo Agaty." She has been an aromatherapy and scent world enthusiast for years.
Natalia Majewska is a philologist, passionate photographer, and promoter of aromatherapy, enthusiastic about everything nature has created, valuing natural methods of supporting health, emotions, and beauty. She believes that nature has answers to all our questions regarding physical and emotional health. Professionally, she is a lecturer of aromatherapy at the Academy Amicorum, a guide in the world of essential oils, developing the certified essential oils project doTerra in Poland. She conducts workshops, webinars, and educational campaigns: "My mission is to share the power of plants with other women. By showing the wide range of possibilities that essential oils offer, educating, I guide women towards conscious and natural choices so that they can flourish and live in their full power."
Tadeusz and Tatiana Ławińscy are life enthusiasts, certified Yoga teachers, and music therapy therapists. For years, they have been running their own studio "Joga Sfera." In their work, they combine techniques of bodywork and breathing. They practice everything that helps to relieve tension and calm the mind.
